Eight COVID-19 cases reported on Wednesday
Northeast Nebraska Public Health Department (NNPHD) reported eight new positive cases of confirmed COVID-19 in the health district today. As of May 13, there have been 511 COVID-19 tests reported for people living in the NNPHD Health District of Cedar, Dixon, Thurston and Wayne Counties. The results of these tests include 56 positive cases (Cedar - 6, Dixon - 24, Thurston - 22, and Wayne County - 4), 411 negatives, and 44 tests currently pending results.
Wednesday’s patients are residents of Dixon, Thurston and Wayne Counties; they include five females and three males. Age ranges for new patients include people in their 20s, 40s and 60s.
