Seven cases reported Friday
Northeast Nebraska Public Health Department (NNPHD) reported seven new cases of confirmed COVID-19 in the health district on Friday. As of May 22, there have been 799 COVID-19 tests in the NNPHD district of Cedar, Dixon, Thurston and Wayne Counties. The results of the test include 84 positive cases (Cedar-7, Dixon-28, Thurston-41 and Wayne County-8), 688 negatives and 27 tests currently pending results. The new patients come from Cedar, Thurston and Wayne Counties and included four females and three males in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 60s.
