Two new cases Monday
Northeast Nebraska Public Health Department (NNPHD) reported two new confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 in the health district Monday evening.
As of May 18, there have been 671 COVID-19 tests reported for people living in the NNPHD Health District of Cedar, Dixon, Thurston and Wayne Counties. The results of these tests include 69 positive cases (Cedar - 6, Dixon - 27, Thurston - 31, and Wayne County - 5), 585 negatives, and 17 tests currently pending results. The new patients both live in Thurston County, one male and one female, one in their 50’s and one in their 70s.
